Foto: Divulga\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>O Pleno do Tribunal de Contas do Estado do Paran\u00e1 julgou pela proced\u00eancia parcial do processo de Representa\u00e7\u00e3o da Lei n\u00ba 8.666\/1993 (Lei de Licita\u00e7\u00f5es e Contratos) proposto pelo Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico de Contas (MPC-PR), sobre falhas na aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de medicamentos pelo Munic\u00edpio de Ponta Grossa. A Corte expediu recomenda\u00e7\u00f5es aos gestores, com os objetivos de melhorar a transpar\u00eancia e diversificar a pesquisa de pre\u00e7os relativas \u00e0s disputas do tipo, assim como a adequa\u00e7\u00e3o de futuras contrata\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>Uma das medidas sugeridas \u00e0 prefeitura foi a publica\u00e7\u00e3o, no Portal da Transpar\u00eancia do munic\u00edpio, da \u00edntegra dos procedimentos licitat\u00f3rios visando a compra de medicamentos. Outra recomenda\u00e7\u00e3o abordou a import\u00e2ncia da utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de m\u00faltiplas bases de pesquisa para formar pre\u00e7os de refer\u00eancia, com a ado\u00e7\u00e3o do Banco de Pre\u00e7os em Sa\u00fade (BPS) do Minist\u00e9rio da Sa\u00fade, do C\u00f3digo BR do Cat\u00e1logo de Materiais do Comprasnet e do Portal de Compras do Governo do Paran\u00e1 (Compras Paran\u00e1).<\/p>\n<p>O voto do relator do processo, conselheiro Durval Amaral, foi aprovado por unanimidade pelo \u00f3rg\u00e3o colegiado do TCE-PR, na sess\u00e3o do dia 13 de maio, realizada por meio de videoconfer\u00eancia.
