{"id":4108,"date":"2016-03-15T00:17:52","date_gmt":"2016-03-15T00:17:52","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.mpc.pr.gov.br\/?p=4108"},"modified":"2016-03-15T00:17:52","modified_gmt":"2016-03-15T00:17:52","slug":"novo-procurador-geral-do-mpc-e-nomeado","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mpc.pr.gov.br\/index.php\/novo-procurador-geral-do-mpc-e-nomeado\/","title":{"rendered":"NOVO PROCURADOR-GERAL DO MPC \u00c9 NOMEADO"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>O Governador do Estado do Paran\u00e1, Carlos Alberto Richa, nomeou nesta segunda-feira (14) o novo Procurador-Geral do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico de Contas do Paran\u00e1 (MPC-PR), Fl\u00e1vio de Azambuja Berti.<\/p>\n<p>O Decreto 3719\/2016 foi publicado no Di\u00e1rio Oficial do Estado desta ter\u00e7a-feira, 15 de mar\u00e7o.<\/p>\n<p>Berti ir\u00e1 suceder Michael Richard Reiner no comando do MPC para o bi\u00eanio 2016\/2017.<\/p>\n<p>A escolha \u00e9 fruto de elei\u00e7\u00e3o interna do \u00f3rg\u00e3o, consoante disp\u00f5e o art. 128, \u00a7 3.\u00ba da CF\/88, realizada em dezembro de 2015. \u201cFl\u00e1vio Berti foi um candidato de consenso entre os integrantes do Col\u00e9gio de Procuradores, aclamado por unanimidade. O fato marca o momento de coes\u00e3o e integra\u00e7\u00e3o por que passa o Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico de Contas\u201d, afirmou Reiner.<\/p>\n<p>Fl\u00e1vio Berti \u00e9 procurador do MPC desde janeiro de 2003. Antes disso foi advogado, procurador da Uni\u00e3o e procurador da Fazenda Nacional. Integrou o Conselho Superior do MPC no ano de 2012 e tamb\u00e9m exerce a doc\u00eancia.
