Paran\u00e1 (MPC-PR), na qual foi apontado a necessidade de melhorias na divulga\u00e7\u00e3o de informa\u00e7\u00f5es no portal da transpar\u00eancia, em especial no que se refere aos dados de contratos e quadro de pessoal, correspondentes ao exerc\u00edcio financeiro de 2019.<\/p>\n<p>Conforme as orienta\u00e7\u00f5es ministeriais, o Legislativo Municipal promoveu a atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o de informa\u00e7\u00f5es em seu portal da transpar\u00eancia, passando disponibilizar a \u00edntegra dos anexos dos procedimentos licitat\u00f3rios e os anexos dos contratos e aditivos, vinculados ao campo de busca por contratos, a fim de facilitar a localiza\u00e7\u00e3o dos documentos.<\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, em rela\u00e7\u00e3o as informa\u00e7\u00f5es relativas ao quadro de pessoal, a C\u00e2mara passaou a divulgar juntamente a Lei do Plano de Cargos e Sal\u00e1rios dos servidores, as demais leis que trazem informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre a lei de cria\u00e7\u00e3o dos cargos da entidade, bem como a o hor\u00e1rio de trabalho de cada servidor, complementando-se assim as informa\u00e7\u00f5es j\u00e1 existentes no que se refere ao nome, cargo, forma de investidura e carga hor\u00e1ria dos servidores.<\/p>\n<p>Apesar do cumprimento das recomenda\u00e7\u00f5es, o MP de Contas continuar\u00e1 monitorando o portal da transpar\u00eancia da C\u00e2mara Municipal de Nova Londrina, a fim de garantir o cumprimento da Lei de Acesso \u00e0 Informa\u00e7\u00e3o (Lei n\u00ba 12.527\/2011).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A C\u00e2mara Municipal de Nova
